1. Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Hong Kong (Local) Shipping
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days — HKD 18
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days — HKD 28
- Free standard shipping on orders over HKD 200
3. International Shipping
- Standard: 5-14 business days — HKD 220
- Express: 3-5 business days — HKD 450
- Free shipping on orders over HKD 1,000
4. Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. ZENORI is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

SF Express Counter Pick-Up (Hong Kong) We offer SF Express counter pick-up for Hong Kong customers. At checkout, select SF Express as your shipping method and choose your preferred SF Express service point. You will receive a collection code via SMS/email from SF Express once your parcel is ready for collection. Please present this code at the counter to collect your order.
